Truck Rebranding

A leading company in the transportation industry required a solution to enable them to rebrand their fleet of single deck trailers and for their team to be able to do this over a 24-hour period for 6 months and to protect them from the elements for the duration of the project.

Following an arranged site visit and discussing their requirements and the necessary crane provision that would be required we were given the go ahead to supply the structure for the project

Design & Manufacture

The customer required a minimum of 5m height clearance so they could access the roofs of the vehicles so we needed to accommodate this. They also required enough width of the temporary structure to be able to house 4 trucks side by side at any one time.

As the 5.5m legs were not a standard size, we manufactured these bespoke for the customer to enable us to give them the solution that they were looking for.

Additional Requirements

The structure size would need to be 25m x 20m to accommodate the 4 trucks, it was agreed that a PVC roof would be sufficient for this structure but that hard walls would be required to offer additional protection from the elements and to not interfere with the project.

The customer initially wanted one of the gable ends to be open for the trucks to back in and out, but after further discussions it was agreed that they would like roller shutters to keep the weather at bay.

As their crew were using heat guns an emergency exit was also incorporated to ensure that all Health & Safety requirements were met.
