Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
– Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
– Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives

– Proven experience in sales or business development roles
– Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
– Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
– Previous experience of marquees or industrial structures preffered but not essential
