Glazed window panels and glass doors
We manufacture glazed window panels and glass doors on our premises. These can fit both 3m and 5m bays both on standard 2.3m and 3m leg height.
Cassette Floor
We can supply a level cassette floor which gives that professional finish. Our floor with our patented jack system is Ideal for structures that are on uneven ground with gradients to 2 metres. The load that the floor can accommodate is 350kg per square metre or 500kg per square metre depending on the board utilised.
The flooring can be installed on 94/48 profiles to fit 3, 6, 9m (3000mm) and 114/80 profiles of 12 and 15m (3030mm) and 130/70 10 and 15m (4970mm) and 225 x 100 profile 10, 15, 20 and 25m (5000).
Personnel Doors
We can fit personnel doors to your structure to ensure that you meet health and safety legislation.
Roller Shutter Doors
We are able to fit either manual or electric roller shutter doors to your structure.
This is an ideal feature for warehousing and loading bays as it ensures quick and easy access.
Guttering and downpipes
We can fit guttering and downpipes to your structure this will ensure that water will drain from you roof and taken away correctly.
Insulated wall panels
As an alternative to PVC we are able to offer insulated sandwich panels of 40mm thickness. This offers some insulation to the structure.
If the structure is to be used for a considerable amount of time especially in the winter months then the wall panels made an ideal additional.
Condensation Barrier
This is a membrane that is fitted inside to the roof which helps to reduce the condensation dripping inside the structure.
